As the oldest child in the Banks household, Hilary is an underrated pillar in The Fresh Prince franchise. Played by Karyn Parsons, Banks centered every scene with her vapid comments and well-fitted suits. Portrayed as an out-of-touch snob, Banks is fiercely loyal, often coming to the aid of her siblings, and cousin Will.

Though, above all, her outfits continue to be some of the most iconic pieces of the 90’s catalog. Pairing structured with a classic pearl, Banks’ style alone is worth placing her on the Mount Olympus of fictional characters.

Post-Bel Air, Parsons founded Sweet Blackberry, which shares little-known stories of Black history to children.
