What happens when twins, separated at birth, are reunited by their adoptive parents and move in under the same roof? You get one of the greatest Disney shows of all time - Sister, Sister. 

Real-life twins Tia and Tamera Mowry star in this show as we follow their time through high school and college. Tia is the studious over-achiever twin, and Tamera is always on the hunt for boys. Both of them, and their parents, played by Jackée Harry and Tim Reid, bring such a timeless joy to the screen.

We also have to mention Marques Houston, aka Roger, who wins the award for the most rejections on national television - "Go home, Roger!"
